Dimer acid is a kind of dicarboxylic acid produced by the polymerization reaction of two or more C18 unsaturated fatty acids (such as oleic acid, linoleic acid, etc).It is in light yellow transparent viscous liquid form under room temperature,and soluble in most of solvents.It has higher viscosity and good adhesion and can be used into polyamide resin productions.

1.With specail ratios,dimer acid and amine can react in high temperature and can produce the polyamide.It is widely used in producing printing ink.
2.Dimer acid reacts with multiple amine and can produce the liquid type polyamide.It is widely applied in manufacturing paint, curing agent and epoxy adhesive with good machinery and electrochemical properties.
3.Manufacturing hot melt adhesive
4.Widely used in producing the materials of printed circuit boards, and ink-making, etc.
